Returns and Refunds

All full-price purchases, bar the exceptions listed below, are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Underwear, socks, hats, and masks cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • All items purchased on sale, at a discount, or with a promotion code are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return or exchange, please contact support@rebi.store. In your email, please include your order number, and the product(s) you'd like to return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received. Please note that at this time we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders placed outside of the United States.

All returns and exchanges must be received in their original condition. If a product has been used, washed, or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet these criteria or are damaged in transit may not be refunded.
