All orders ship from our fulfillment vendor. Currently the average processing time is 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email notification with your shipment tracking.

If you order multiple products, particularly different types of products, they may ship separately, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking number to update.

Our top priority is that you receive your product as soon as possible and with high quality. International deliveries are likely to experience extended delays in shipping due to customs processing. Deliveries within the United States take 3-5 business days once your order has been processed.

All full-price purchases, bar the exceptions listed below, are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Underwear, socks, hats, and masks cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
• All items purchased on sale, at a discount, or with a promotion code are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return or exchange, please contact support@rebi.store. In your email, please include your order number, and the product(s) you'd like to return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received. Please note that at this time we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders placed outside of the United States.

All returns and exchanges must be received in their original condition. If a product has been used, washed, or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet these criteria or are damaged in transit may not be refunded.
